Work is one of the main elements of our life and affects its other aspects, including private life. It is often accompanied by stress, but the ability to deal with it and the separation of private and professional life are key to maintaining satisfaction and motivation for further development.
Our members were helped by the Career Coach Stan Nowak Nowak, who conducted a webinar enabling them to see how they see themselves. The participants also received a number of solutions and tips on motivation and ways to develop a positive attitude to work and life.
