Last PPM&Friends meeting was organised in a very unusual place – a hyperbaric chamber. The hyperbaric therapy takes advantage of the forces of nature in order to stimulate the human body to regenerate faster, function better, and to be more productive. While drinking coffee, eating cookies, chatting and laughing a lot, we learned about the benefits of the oxygen therapy for our health and wellbeing. So, thanks to OxygenSpa Europe, Anita Zalewska and Jaroslaw Skrzypczak who organised the meeting, we started the new week oxygenated, relaxed and full of energy! 🙂
