Recently we have launched a series of events Entrepreneurial Thursdays with PPM.
 
For the opening session we have invited our member Kasia Gruszczyk, an expert in international executive recruitment and international business development at Claire Joster, with over 10 years of experience with foreign markets, in Great Britain, Poland and Spain. Kasia brought us closer to actual labour market situation in Spain and to opportunities that international talent has.
 
We discussed:
 
– cultural differences in business,
– challenges and opportunities for the foreign talent in Spain,
– the most demanding sectors in terms of employment of the future,
– salaries in Spain and salary negotiations.
 
We have also looked deeper into growing phenomenon of constant search for change as a result of burnout and its reasons, where Adam Plona, co-founder of Mindgram and Mindgram ES Mental Care & Well-being Platform, shared his experience.
 
The session ended up with interesting debate between all the participants from different sectors and very experienced economic point of view from the representant of Polish Embassy in Spain, Sokolowska Kinga.
 
The session and the brainstorming were so inspiring that we would like to (and definitely will) go for more!
