Many times our everyday life feels harsh…We feel overwhelmed by circumstances and mistakenly believe that the right “resilient” way to deal with it is by “closing our eyes” and struggling through it, regardless of the costs we pay or consequences we then carry with us through life…However, during recent workshops, Patrycja Sałacińska (our President and professionally a certified Mental Fitness Coach) shared with us some very useful insights and techniques helping us to recognize and handle our mind in such a way that it actually leads to a TRUE RESILENCE❗
We also learned the good news: our mind can be treated as a muscle and this muscle can also be trained❗If we exercise it regularly, our inner sabotaging voices can be tamed and converted into sages.
Last but not least, we had some brainstorming sessions around resilience. By this, we got to know each other, learned about our professional activities and challenges in Madrid, and also simply connected as a group of Polish professionals in Madrid – which is the ultimate goal of all our activities and events🙂❗
