“Who am I?” or “What nationality fits me more?” – these questions certainly appeared more than once in the minds of children and teenagers growing up in a multicultural family. In order to support in this respect our Polish youth here in Madrid, in cooperation with the Polish School FORUM we have just finalized student internships of Aleksandra Tabor and Agnieszka Wolińska, first-year students of psychology at the PUW University in Łódź, with help of the internship tutor, our member, psychologist Marta Kosiorek. The aim of the workshops was to familiarize them with the positive aspects related to the concept of “Third Culture Kids” and growing up in a multicultural family.
We hope that the knowledge communicated in a very creative way by Aleksandra, Agnieszka and Marta will stay with the students for a very long time and help them in their future life “between the cultures”!
