🌸 Sometimes the most powerful moments happen in the most intimate settings 🌸

This International Women’s Day, Polish Professionals in Madrid hosted a special edition of the #IAmRemarkable workshop, a global initiative originally created at Google, now facilitated by a worldwide community of certified facilitators with a simple but powerful mission: to empower people to recognise their worth and communicate it proudly, in the workplace and beyond.

Led by Marta Ossete-Langowska, we gathered at Kawiarnia El Bosque de Acacias for 90 minutes of honest conversation, reflection, and learning to speak about our achievements without holding back.

We explored, among others:

✨ why self-promotion is a skill, not a character flaw,
🏆 how to talk about your successes authentically and with pride,
💍 what it means to truly recognise your own value at work and beyond.

As one participant shared afterwards: to love others, you first need to love yourself.
