Yesterday, we launched a 4-part programme designed to support Poles navigating life in Spain — legally, emotionally and practically.
Our first workshop, “Family Law in Spain” with attorney Monika Marczewska, offered clear, eye-opening explanations of parental authority, custody, post-separation arrangements and the key differences between Spanish and Polish regulations. Participants emphasised how valuable it was to better understand where the systems diverge and what every parent should know to avoid unnecessary stress or confusion.
A huge thank you to Monika for the expert guidance and to Patrycja Sałacińska, President of PPM, for leading and coordinating the entire series.
The workshops, carried out in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Madrid, provide practical knowledge, useful tools, and an opportunity to better understand everyday challenges in Spain. They help participants navigate their new reality more easily and take care of their well-being.
