What happens when students from Suwałki meet mentors in Madrid?

Our recent meeting within the PPM Mój Mentor programme showed how valuable it can be when people from different countries and experiences come together.

This time, we welcomed students of pedagogy and career guidance with coaching from the State University of Applied Sciences in Suwałki. They were visiting Madrid as part of the Erasmus+ programme.

During the session, professional coach STANisław Nowak created a space that was:

🔹 inspiring – encouraging reflection on personal career paths,
🔹 practical – offering insights that participants can apply straight away,
🔹 forward-looking – helping them see their development from a broader professional perspective.

It was an energising exchange of ideas, perspectives and experiences.
