PPM meets entrepreneurs – we organized two meetings with the advisor Felipe Plaza Díaz (Uresma Asesores Sl), concerning starting and running a business in Spain. Our guest, with 15 years of experience in advising entrepreneurs and individuals on tax, employee and commercial issues, raised practical issues related to, inter alia, tax obligations and subsidies. The agenda of the meetings was previously determined by the participants themselves, who signaled the most important problems for them, related to the nature of Spanish commercial law companies or forms of conducting a business.
